Quick Salmon Mango Ceviche

Grandma Cida with her magic touch shows how easy it is to create a delicious ceviche within minutes.

Ingredients:

1 Pound Salmon Sushi Grade
1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
1/3 Lemon Juice
1 Cup Cucumber diced
2 Honey Mangoes diced
1 Avocado diced
1 Jalapeno (remove the seeds)
1/2 Cup Red Onion diced
1 Cup Cliantro chopped

Seasoning:

1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Refrigerate for 45min to an hour and serve with green salad and chips.
